Alpha Tau Omega is a fraternity founded in the University of Southern Philippines Foundation, Cebu City, Philippines on August 15, 1968. ATO Philippines is duly registered with the Philippines Securities and Exchange Commission (S.E.C) as a non-stock and non-profit organization under SEC REG. NO. C200200127. The Organization is independent and is not a subsidiary to any group with a similar name that is existing in another country outside the Philippines.
